1. If you have withdrawn coin/token but not reflected in Balance, there are mainly three scenarios:
• Withdrew to a deposit address of a different coin/token.
• Withdrew to an exchange address, but the exchange has not listed the coin/token.
• Mistype the address
Please kindly note that if you have confirmed the withdrawal, there is no way for us to cancel or reverse it. We advice you to negotiate with the receiving party to resolve.
2. If you have withdrawn to a correct address and your withdrawal is under confirmation in the blockchain, please kindly wait until it is confirmed. However, if it displays an abnormal status such as ‘failed’ in the blockchain explorer upon search.
