However, we understand that there are circumstances that you must change your email address and phone number. You are required to bind your email address and phone number, set up Google Authentication, and be approved your identity verification. After all the setting is done, please send your inquiry to our customer support with your UID. Click here for how to see your UID.
After you contact us, we will confirm your identity further. Therefore, the whole process will take at least one week. To protect your asset, you will not be able to withdraw anything until the process is completed. Express review for the secondary identity verification is available with a fee.
Remember to save your Google Authentication key in case you want to change your phone. If you lose your key, you will be locked out your account.
For your security, we strongly recommend that you keep using the Google Authentication that you set up. If you have no choice but to unbind the setting, follow the same procedure above. To protect your asset, you will not be able to withdraw anything until you set up a new Google Authentication.
The fee for unbinding email address, phone number, and Google Authentication setting is 50 USTD. The procedure will take some time. Express review for the secondary identity verification is available with a fee; 100 USTD for 24 hours and 200 USTD for 12 hours * 1. Please note that BtcFX may not be able to unbind your information.
