Discontinuing registration and login using your phone number

Dear customers

We are enhancing security and releasing a new version of the Android  and iOS app. To protect your asset, you will not be able to register or login to your account using your phone number from the app. Please bind your email address to your BtcFx account and set up Google Authentication by UTC 00:00 on October 6, 2020. For details, click here.

Remember to save your Google Authentication key in case you want to change your phone. If you lose your key, you will be locked out your account.
